  • Jason Thornley - Director

    Jason’s extensive experience, gained over the past 25 years, has established him as a skilled project and cost management professional. His collaborative approach to cost management focuses on open and honest client communication through a proactive team leadership role. This inclusive approach is supported by his technical understanding of value and cost management and his wider construction knowledge.

    Over the past 10 years Jason has worked on some of South East Queensland’s premier projects for both private and public clients. In the Brisbane market he is seen as one of the leading Quantity Surveyors in the education, hospitality, fit out, residential and industrial sector spaces. His technical understanding combined with his client-side experience gives him a unique appreciation of construction, and his strong skills in cost management allows him effectively manage costs, design, program and cashflows in a proactive manner.

  • Yvion Lee - Executive Quantity Surveyor

    Yvion has extensive experience in client-side construction consulting and offers advanced technical skills within the cost management arena with in-depth understanding of all phases of a project’s lifecycle. Her career commenced in Malaysia working for an international PQS firm before to moving to Brisbane to continue this role and expand her skills through working within a number of construction firms.

    This construction knowledge, combined with her more recent client-side experience, gives her a distinct advantage when undertaking post contract works due to her understanding of key constructability items. She has extensive BoQ measurement experience having led a Trade package and Bill measurement project.

  • Liam Wood - Cost Planner

    Liam’s past experience of cost management includes techniques with specific regard to the value management of the design. His design background combined with contractor side experience enables him to understand cost and buildability of designs. These skillsets and knowledge enable him to deliver projects on time and within budget.

    He has been involved in the provision of a variety of quantity surveying services including preliminary cost plans, estimating replacement cost estimates and post contract within the construction industry. Liam also has an extensive knowledge of the development approvals process.

  • Kim Ding - Quantity Surveyor

    Kim is an experienced Quantity Surveyor whose skills include taking off residential, commercial and industrial projects at different stages. During his career, he has provided estimating and accounting services to contracting companies and the knowledge gained during this time enables him to understand the details of construction processes and cost management to provide our clients with informed and realistic cost estimates.

    He is a focused individual and seeks to service our clients with high-quality cost management services. Through his analytical and disciplined approach, Kim ensures that each project on which he works receives dedicated input.

  • Belinda Thornley - Office Manager

    Belinda’s in-depth understanding of business processes and administrative procedures have been honed throughout her 18+ years of office management. She brings to the Collaborative Cost Management team a wealth of operational knowledge, gained from a variety of industry sectors, a keen understanding of business management requirements and exceptional organisational and planning skills. She has been instrumental in securing Third Party Certification for the CCM Quality Management System and continues to implement improvement strategies throughout the business to the benefit of our team and our clients.

    With a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ongoing drive for business improvement, Belinda operates in a collaborative manner and understands the benefits of teamwork to ensure the very best business outcomes.

  • Marsha Gibson - Executive Assistant

    Marsha provides an essential support role for the CCM team and ensures that our clients receive optimal service provision on all of our projects.  She has 15+ years experience working in a range of different industries and her strong administration background enables her to effectively prioritise to ensure that day-to-day activities are completed on time. Her efficient approach to service delivery results in smooth ongoing service delivery for both the CCM office as well as for our client's projects.

    She is actively involved in project delivery, supporting the wider CCM team in a proactive manner to achieve their project objectives, processing documentation efficiently and effectively, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
