  • BHP Fit Out - Level 28, 480 Queen Street

    Fitout | Value Confidential

    The project includes the demolition of the existing fitout, new ceilings, new services, new floor covering and the installation of new FF&E and AV throughout.  The project is required to be undertaken on a fast track basis and delivered under a construction management arrangement.  CCM are providing full cost management services across the project including initial concept design advice through to post contract and tax depreciation schedules.

  • Brisbane Central State School

    Education | $15M

    Incorporating demolition of the existing portable building and the construction of a new multi level building with 12 GLA’s, two  specialty spaces, tuckshop, uniform shop and break-out spaces. In addition to the new GLA the existing infrastructure and landscaping surrounding the new building will also be upgraded.  The project is required to be undertaken on a fast track basis and delivered under a design and construct procurement methodology.  The project will be completed in late 2020.  CCM are providing full cost management services across the project including initial schematic design advice, tender reviews and analysis and post contract services.

  • 11-13 Bell Street, Ipswich

    Refurbishment| $ 7.5M

    Works include the demolition of existing fitouts within this mixed use project, extension of the commercial spaces, enclosure of the basement and converting it to retail space, works to the existing carpark and façade improvements.  The services across the building will be replaced and brought up to date with current code requirements.  The refurbishment will re-position the building in the middle of Ipswich and assist with the releasing strategy of the Asset.  CCM  where engaged by the incoming purchaser to assist with providing realistic costs to improve the building during the due diligence phase of the purchase.

  • North McLean State School

    Education | $74MMultiple Stages ($52M Stage 1 and $22M Stage 2)

    Construction of a new State School in North McLean comprising a number of mid-rise school buildings that will provide an administration facility, canteen, central facilities, resource facility, sports hall, GLAs, applied technology, science and oval.

    CCM are providing full cost management services across the project including Masterplan advice, pre-contract and post contract advice. 

  • Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre

    Refurbishment and Fitout Works| Value Confidential

    Refurbishment works for the existing main ballroom, the existing Plaza Terrace and the Plaza Terrace Room. The Plaza Terrace work includes the creation of a new green outdoor space that will provide increased covered outdoor space, astro-turfed areas or greenery, planted spaces and break-out seating and benches. CCM has provided cost planning services across the three projects to assist the client with establishing realistic budgets.

  • Yarrabilba State School

    Education | $49M

    Construction of a new State School on Steele Road, Yarrabilba comprising a number of mid-rise school buildings including administration, canteen, central facilities, resource facility, sports hall, GLAs, applied technology, science and oval. This project is our second new education facility within the local area following on from the Yarrabilba State Secondary College project due for completion in December 2019.

    CCM are providing full cost management services across the project including Masterplan advice, pre-contract and post contract advice.
