Jason Thornley - Director and Group CEO
Jason’s extensive experience, gained over the past 30 years, has established him as a skilled project and cost management professional. His collaborative approach to cost management focuses on open and honest client communication through a proactive team leadership role. This inclusive approach is supported by his technical understanding of value and cost management and his wider construction knowledge.
Over the past 10 years Jason has worked on some of Australia, India and the South Pacific’s premier projects for both private and public clients. He has worked on a range of projects in the infrastructure, education, hospitality, retail, sporting facilities, fit out, high-rise residential and industrial sector space. His technical understanding combined with his client-side and contractor side experience gives him a unique appreciation of construction, and his strong skills in cost management allows him effectively manage costs, design, program and cashflows in a proactive manner. Jason is responsible for the strategy of the CCM Group and ensuring that the team works in a collaborative manner and in line with the CCM Values through mentoring, training and working alongside staff.

Peter Cox - Chief Growth Officer (Australia) and Director (India)
Peter is a highly experienced consultant with over 45 years of experience in the property and construction industry across Australia, India and the Asia region. He has a unique ability to combine local and international knowledge to help clients achieve improved performance and sustainable outcomes. Peter is passionate about delivering value and innovation to clients, as well as developing corporate in-house capabilities in project planning and controls.
In his role at CCM, Peter has a responsibility for both CCM’s Australian and Indian business. He draws on his extensive experience to serve as a customer engagement and senior projects advisor, with a focus on business growth. Peter works closely with the other CCM directors to constantly expand and add value to the service offerings of the company. He is committed to building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals.
One of Peter’s key strengths is his ability to develop in-house capabilities in project planning and controls. He believes that by empowering clients with the necessary skills and tools, they can achieve improved performance and sustainable outcomes. Peter is also a strong advocate for innovation and is always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver value to clients. Meenakshi Sundaram R - Director (India)
R M Sundaram’s expertise in the construction industry spans over 24 years. He has mentored multiple start-ups in building their businesses in South Asia, and has managed and led various companies and commercial contracts in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes key account management and quantity surveying, which has equipped him with an in-depth understanding of the construction industry.
As a team leader, R M Sundaram is well-known for his extensive team management skills. He has mentored staff members to improve their skill levels and gain a better understanding of various projects. This approach has resulted in higher levels of productivity, more efficient work processes, and improved project delivery. R M Sundaram is passionate about the construction industry and believes that giving back to the industry is essential. He guest lectures at engineering institutes, sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring engineers. Additionally, he is involved in the RICS South Asia, playing an active role in shaping the future of the industry in the region.

Yvion Lee - Associate
Yvion is experienced in client-side construction consulting with advanced technical skills in cost management, bill measurement, and project management. Her extensive construction knowledge and recent client-side experience have given her a unique understanding of the complexities of construction projects, allowing her to offer invaluable insights into project risk, cost control, and value engineering. She has a strong background in BoQ measurement and is adept at interpreting BoQs to develop budgets, estimate costs, and control expenses.
Throughout her career, Yvion has demonstrated a commitment to quality and a dedication to finding cost-effective solutions that deliver maximum value. She is known for her ability to navigate complex construction issues with ease and her technical expertise, which have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients.

Liam Wood - Team Leader and Cost Planner
